Privacy notice

This website is a private preview of the new URBASOFIA site. Two forms on it collect personal details — the contact form and the company profile download — and this page says plainly what happens to them.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form:

• Contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you pick and your message.
• Company profile download: your name, your email address, your organisation and, if you fill it in, your role. The role field is optional and can be skipped.

Alongside each entry the server keeps the date and time, and — so we can stop abuse of the forms — a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. The IP address itself is not stored.

Why we collect it

To answer your message, or to send you the company profile and the occasional note about our projects. Nothing else. We do not profile you, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell or share these details with anyone outside URBASOFIA.

Where it is kept

On the URBASOFIA web server, in files that are not reachable from the web and that only the people running this website can open. This preview is behind a password and is not indexed by search engines.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch about the subject you wrote to us about. Write to us and we will delete your entry — no reason needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent. One email is enough, and we answer within a month.
